I'm a visual artist working across sculpture, painting, and digital media, from cardboard-and-foam sculptural pieces like my Olmec heads to acrylic paintings and photography.

My roots are in model-building and art school, and that hands-on, materials-first approach still drives the work today.

Alongside the studio practice, I spent over 25 years as a professional writer and editor covering technology, photography, and digital imaging, including more than 1,000 published articles for CIO, CreativeBloq, Photoshop User, and Smart Computing, and five years as Associate Editor at WebReference.

That background gave me a close, ongoing view of visual craft from the outside, which now feeds directly into the work I make.

I'm based near Lake Chapala, Mexico, and I'm always open to conversations about commissions or new pieces.
